Jeff Hansen leads Microsoft’s global brand strategy. Jeff and his team are stewards of the Microsoft brand and oversee Microsoft’s entire brand portfolio. In addition to brand strategy and portfolio management, their work includes establishing and activating brand partnerships across a range of themes including: TV and Movies, Music, Sports, museums and cultural institutions, and social good initiatives. Jeff also manages a Creative Studio of designers who produce many of the product and marketing assets used at Microsoft.
Jeff is a Pacific Northwest native where he currently resides with his wife and two sons. Outside of work and family, Jeff’s passion is in issues related to public education where he is an active philanthropist and board member. He is a past board member and President of the Bellevue Schools Foundation, an advisory board member for the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Oregon, a Social Venture Partner and a frequent guest speaker at various universities. Jeff is an avid reader, a hacker chef and enjoys almost any form of exercise where his current sport activities include boxing and tennis.
