Mandy Rutledge

Mandy is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Business Communications. She started her career in Business with the Disney Management Development Program at the Walt Disney Company and continued with Procter & Gamble in consumer product sales.

The technology bug bit soon after and Mandy pursued a passion and an opportunity with Microsoft, working with developers writing applications for Financial Services and Healthcare enterprises in Microsoft’s global partner team.
After time away from Corporate America to raise her young family, Mandy returned to her career at Microsoft, and accepted a new challenge in the Global Partnering team working in Entertainment Business Development. That role led to an opportunity to explore tech impact in the world of golf and a subsequent move to Microsoft’s Sports Team. In her current role as Director of Sports Partnerships, she’s responsible for Microsoft’s strategy in the Sports vertical and business development across the world of Sports.
Mandy has served on the Tampa Bay Rays All-Star Celebrity & Sports Auction Board, benefitting the Children’s Dream Fund and is an active member of the TUF (Train Up First) Foundation, engaging, motivating, teaching and inspiring youth to take control of their journey through an interactive life skills curriculum inspired by Sports.

On the weekends, Mandy moonlights as an avid baseball, swim, theater and cheer Mom. She enjoys travel, cycling and music in her downtime and has a serious passion for new pancake recipes with her little sous chefs on Sunday mornings.
